A few new OCs...

Let's just say I was bored, really bored...

At any rate, I've decided to release a few designs for some (relatively minor) OCs I'm working on for a fantasy RPG project of mine. One of the regions of Yonder that I'm planning on is a desert area, which is modelled to some extent off of Ancient Egypt. I needed a few characters to fill it out, one of the most important of course being the obligatory pharaoh. Seeing that there has yet to be a fully mature adult character, I decided to create one for this purpose.

This is Pharaoh Abubakar II, or "Abu" for short, and his son, Adofo I, or "Ado" for short. These two are loosely based on the classic horror figure of the Mummy, both on the classic bandaged thingies from pop culture and that Imhotep guy from the Mummy films starring Brendan Fraser (who ironically is my most likely candidate for Abu, ideally).
Alongside being the stereotypical long-overdue Egyptian pharaoh, Abu is a powerful Ancient Egyptian sorcerer and necromancer, like Imhotep from the movies. He is known by the alternate name of Kekeweysa-anubis, or the "Dark Son of Anubis" because of this, although he is really a very mellow and collected person when you get to know him. Alas, the same can't be said of his son, who is quite literally history's most arrogant bastard ever. Similar to Daffy Duck, he is constantly on the lookout for fame and glory, and is extremely egotistical and conceited, although he does prove himself from time to time.

To add to the theme of contrast, I included Abu's twin familiars, Mes-en-Sekhmet (born of Sekhmet) "Met", the lioness and Mes-en-Ammut (born of Ammut), "Mut", the panther. Met is albino, and Mut is melanistic, and thus they are white and black, to go with the white of Abu's wrappings and the black of Ado's. They also have the forms of domestic cats for public use.
Abu uses Met and Mut as guard animals and in various wizarding spells, since cats in general are sacred to the Egyptians and are thus used a lot for this purpose. However, there's another reason I gave Abu familiars... which you'll see in the next update.
